Leaking pump seals need to be addressed quickly to prevent corrosion on the motor bearings, creating a more expensive problem.
We can swap out burned out motors and possibly re-size it with lower horsepower to save electricity cost.
Not only is a noisy motor hard to listen to, the added friction in the motor draws more electricity and costs you more money.
We have an army of heater specialist at our disposal to service any brand to get you back up and running.
Sometimes the motors on these valves go bad and cause serious problems for your pump and plumbing if left unattended (such as draining your spa and running your pump dry).
These mechanisms can go bad and either your system will run 24/7 or not at all. We can replace yours with the right one.
Often the seals and o-rings go bad and cause leaks on automatic or manual valves. This can effect your pumps performance.
You may have bubbles blowing back into your pool, or you may see water pooling around your pool equipment. It is likely you have a plumbing leak.
Sometimes old wires fry, or your conduit corrodes. You need to make sure it's all safe. Let us help.
If you smell gas near your pool system it may be due to corrosion or a bad connection. We can fix it.
Light bulbs go out all the time and need to be replaced. Or, maybe your light fixture is partially full of water. We can change the bulb and gasket without draining your pool or spa, provided the fixture was originally installed correctly.
Filters of course are a crucial element to proper maintenance. We can replace blown or collapsed filter grids, replace leaking o-rings and any other problem that could arise. If you vacuum your pool and notice dirt coming back into the pool, you have a filter problem!
If your salt system isn't working, It may be due to incorrect salt levels, bad cells, scaled cells, or maybe poor water flow. We can troubleshoot it for you.

Reasons for using a Zinc Anode in chlorine-generated salt water pools:
Any time you have different metals (copper, stainless steel, etc.) in a salt water pool you create a battery, some amount of current flows between the metals.
The electrons that make up the current are supplied by one of the metals giving up bits of itself in the form of ions to the pool water: This Is called galvanic corrosion galvanic corrosion causes plaster discoloration and metal erosion.
The best way to inhibit the effect of galvanic corrosion is to use a Zinc Anode (sacrificial anode).
Zinc is a metal that gives up its metal ions faster than other metals in the pool water.
In other words, the zinc anode will erode instead of other metals (i.e.: pool light, light niche, heater & hand rail and ladder). The zinc ions will not discolor the pool plaster.
The zinc anode should be replaced when half of it has been lost to erosion.
We get calls from time to time to clean up these distressed property situations. They are not a problem for us, but for banks and home owners they can bring big fines from the county. Let us help before the mosquitoes get hold!
